In plain English, these are the morals from Episode 128:
Several little things have been bothering me here. I hope they were adequately presented in the story, but they are:
The use of the phrase "a daughter in every way". The "in every way" thing is such a common code phrase that it's probably in most people's drinking games. It does not apply to daughters. Bad enough it applies to wives.
Cricket's badgering of Michael is way over that "line" they're always talking about crossing. She has no business threatening Michael in this way. He's not even doing anything remotely unethical, and she should get nailed for it.
The letter from Millie. They didn't put it in an evidence bag. They didn't give it to the police. I hope they're not planning to use it in court.
I was listening one day when Ryan said to Victoria that he needed a job, and it hit me that this would be the perfect job for him.
Also, it just seemed funny when Trisha remarked one day about Ryan that it bugged her that he had all these ex-wives. It sort of reminds me of how certain people talk about "fat people" or "diseased people" or "old people" as if these were a kinds of people instead of conditions that any person could find themselves in. Such people are often struck with greater humility and respect when they find such conditions coming on themselves. And I thought it would be fun to bring Trisha down a couple of notches on this.
Could the dummy they threw off the cliff have looked any more fake? They should have just not shown that last little bit where the leg flipped up and looked so ridiculously unrealistic. There was plenty enough footage of falling before that to have carried the scene.
I'm glad they finally seem to have moved this plot forward. I'm hoping Victor does catch hell for being with Ramona all this time, though.
That's all for Episode 128's morals.
