Episode 55 Morals

In plain English, these are the morals from Episode 55:

Can Joani's unmatched figure send Malcolm's stalk soaring?

Joani is a really untapped part of the show that needs more play. Now is the time. Danny needs to seek some distraction in someone--let it not be Christine. Joani is very beautiful and deserves more screen time on that alone--that's why I hooked her up with Malcolm. She also has a wonderful relationship with the baby. Together, Danny and Joani could build something very nice for the child. And the rift between Joani and Phyllis would be interesting because Joani knows so much about Phyllis that she'd be properly on guard in a way no one else could.

Why would Grace deny Cassie a stalk of celery?

Wow. Poor Cassie. How blind does someone have to be to see that she's not getting a balanced diet? Need I say more? Really?

Will Nick put stock in Grace's claim he has bland blonde interest?

I think Grace's claim that the reason Nick ended up in bed with her was that he wanted to is so laughable that--well,--I just thought it would be worth playing that way. Very satisfying in a certain way, you know?

Will man-hungry Trisha lose her lunch when she finds herself out on the street like a vagablonde in her stalking feet?

Everyone on the newsgroup has been talking about how much of a proto-stalker Trisha has become. I just wanted to play it one step forward to see how she would do. I love how detached she's recently shown she can be from reality. I think if worked correctly she could definitely be up there with Phyllis and Sheila in psychohood. All have their different reasons: Sheila was jaded, and Phyllis was just childlike, Trisha is just plain a child with too much power as the spoiled child of a rich man. She has a clear sense of what she wants, but no sense of why, and yet a determination to go get it. That's just what we need in a psycho. Let's see it played up.

That's all for Episode 55's morals. Don't miss Episode 56 and its morals!
